HBase shell command proposal : "rit assign all" 

 

Currently we have shell command "rit" to list all RITs.

It would be handy having a command "rit assign all" to assign all RITs.

This equals to getting the list of RITs from 'rit' command and running "assign <regionName>" one by one.
