TSAN only runs on our nightly tests so these errors are often missed during CI / PR.  Could you take a look?  You should be able to build and run the test locally with TSAN by providing {{ARROW_USE_TSAN=ON}} as part of the cmake command to generate the cache.  You will need to be using clang.
