[DRAFT] End of Life for Apache Dubbo 2.5.x
Hi All,
Following is a draft email for the announcement, how do you think?

The Apache Dubbo(incubating) team announces that support for Apache
Dubbo 2.5.x will end on 2019-6-15. If you are still using 2.5.x, it is
highly recommended to upgrade to 2.6.x.
This means that after 2019-6-15:
* releases from the 2.5.x branch are highly unlikely
* bugs affecting only the 2.5.x branch will not be addressed
* security vulnerability reports will not be checked against the 2.5.x branch

We should make it very clear in the announcement email that we will
guarantee the backward compatibility in 2.6.x release.

According to Jun's feedback on the discussion thread, upgrading from
2.5.x to 2.6.x should be straightforward. So how about adding this:
To upgrade from 2.5.x to 2.6.x, please update your Dubbo dependency
from 2.5.x to 2.6.x.
Any other known issues?

I suggest to including document for how to upgrade in email.
And also JDK version support should included if it changed. (maybe not necessary for 2.5.X to 2.6.X
