Description 

Testing nightly build on Oct 27, 2013, an odd spark datagrid column resize behavior was observed. (Note, this is pre-release 4.12 version)

Steps to Reproduce 

Download nightly build, and run the example code provided below. Left-click mouse on header column separator between first two columns and drag to the right to make column 1 width larger.

Environment 

Mac OSX 10.6.8, Nightly Build from 10/27/2013, Flash Builder 4.6 and 4.7 

Expected Behavior 

The column should still be able to resize, and during resize, the datagrid should not shake visibly.

Actual Behavior 

As column 1 width increases, the datagrid visible shakes. When the width becomes sufficiently large, the label text above the datagrid also shakes visibly.
