[NOTIFICATION] Don't use dist area /eclipse

Hi guys,

Infra saw some weird traffic at /dist/geronimo/eclipse/updates

This is likely due to the old eclipse plugin we had there before dropping
the server.

Therefore Infra blocked the traffic there so please don't reuse /eclipse
subcontext in our dist area if you want your artifacts to be accessible.
