Email classes as DIFFS this time
Ok, I managed to get a diff of the modified files, could someone check them
in please. Or give comments as to changes to be made.

I tested them as stand alone components independent of Turbine. I
specifically tested the ByteArrayDataSource in combination with
MultipartEmail and things worked a treat. I haven't looked at or tested the
html mail class yet, I think the last time I looked there was some ECS code
there that we may want to remove/replace??
I'll monitor the list and update the mail classes based on feedback I get. I
am also using them myself in an application so I am constantly testing them
myself. Let me know if you require further enhancements. One improvement I
want to implement is to be able to authenticate before sending mail. This
will be in the next version.
