Website doc branches are created.

Hi Dev team

I am working with Juntao to make the docs of the main repo available on the
website.
As we need the top-level menu, I created branches,
website-docs/8.2.0, website-docs/8.3.0, website-docs/8.3.0, for him to
submit additional files when he builds the website.

Please don't delete them, until those versions are no longer recommended
for the end-users, which should at least 6 months later after the release.
