Email with local-address-error

How can I just reject email addressed to my domain but to a non-existent user? Can I simply uncomment the following in my configuration file:

<mailet match="HasMailAttribute=isSpam" class="Null" onMatchException="noMatch"/>

Currently all mail addressed to unknown users are being stored in my repository and since I get a huge amount of spam it is using up disk space unneccessarily.
