[DISCUSS] HADOOP-15983] use jersey-json that is built to use jackson2
There's a PR up with a modified version of jersey-json built to use jackson
2, so simplifying our json dependencies
https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/3988
the author is an ASF member, so can be trusted as much as the rest of us,
we just have to decide about whether we go with a change which will
complicate the excludes logic of other apps
we are doing this for reload4j,...shall we do the same with jersey?

Hi Steve,
I want to upgrade to Jersey 2.x in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-15984,
but it is very hard and has been pending for several years. Now I'm okay
with using
the modified jersey-json as a temporary workaround.
I think HADOOP-15984 is a blocker to compile Hadoop in JDK 11+,
so it's good that the modified jersey can support JDK 11.
Thanks,
Akira
