JDO 2.2 Release

All releases need publicity IMHO, so I publicised the JDO2.2 release in two 
relevant places :-

PS. I noticed in Section 11.1.1 of the latest spec that the 
property "javax.jdo.option.TransactionIsolationLevel" is missing. Too late 
for the release spec, but for JDO2.3
