[jira] [Commented] (OPENJPA-2480) Update the website with 2.3.0
release information

Konstantin Kolinko commented on OPENJPA-2480:
---------------------------------------------
The date of the 2.3.0 files on Maven Central is 12-Nov-2013
http://search.maven.org/#browse|1877815231
I do not see proper mention of the release in your board reports.
Neither in 2013-11, nor 2014-02, nor 2014-04 ones.
I do not see any announcements neither on announce@a.o mailing list
https://www.apache.org/foundation/mailinglists.html#foundation-announce
nor on your own users list.
The release is not present at ASF mirrors,
http://www.apache.org/dist/openjpa/
The good thing is that you did have a vote on the dev mailing list in November 2013.
What is going on?

> I have not realized that 2.3.0 has been released for a while now. This is due to the website not being updated. Surely I am not the only one that checks the website for news and releases.
> The most important items to be updated are index.html, downloads.html and documentation.html.
> Please treat this with highest importance.
