[VOTE] Release v6.1.1

Hi all,

I've prepared a release candidate for v6.1.1, which includes:

    * [TS-4142] - Compile errors on OmniOS
    * [TS-4165] - Logging breaks if changing log format
    * [TS-4168] - Only close inactive and active connections that have a non-zero timeout
    * [TS-4170] - Error receiving data frame on closed connection for HTTP/2

This release fixes a few fairly serious issues in v6.1.0, including one which would tear down active (and inactive) connections prematurely. Anyone using v6.1.0 should upgrade asap.

Details for upgrading from v5.x to 6.x is available at

	https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TS/Upgrading+to+v6.0 <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TS/Upgrading+to+v6.0>

The artifacts are available for download at http://people.apache.org/~zwoop/rel-candidates/: <http://people.apache.org/~zwoop/rel-candidates/:>

The vote is open until end of day Friday Feb 5th (PST). Please take this out for a spin, test it and vote! I’m still working on the final “What’s New” for the v6.1.x series, but for for a list of all the fixes and new features in v6.1.0 as well as v6.1.1 see the Jira release notes at
