Gauge chart tick in dashboard got cut in the following scenario:
1, Max at 2k without line ticks and split lines

2, Max at 1k with line ticks

3, Max at 100 with split lines

### Expected results
Gauge chart tick did not get cut in dashboard
### Actual results
Gauge chart tick did get cut in dashboard under certain scenario
#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Creat Gauge chart
2. change MAX to 2k or add split lines with Max 1-1k
3. add to dashboard
4. See error
### Environment

- superset version: master
- python version: `python --version`
- node.js version: `node -v`
- any feature flags active:
