As far as I can tell this was fixed with Solr 6.3.0 (it's in CHANGES.txt) in commit 5acbcac274dd3f2096a3a91ee1afd2a1f03f5ed6 [~noble.paul]. See https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/commit/5acbcac274dd3f2096a3a91ee1afd2a1f03f5ed6
