Changed the location of ASF M2 repositories

Hi all,

I changed the location of ASF M2 repositories in our pom.xml to the latest
one. I am deploying everything again to make sure things are all
up-to-date.

The new location for snapshots is:

http://people.apache.org/repos/m2-snapshot-repository/

New JARs won't be uploaded to the old location anymore, so please change
your applications' pom.xml if you're using a snapshot version.

HTH,
Trustin

It's not ...repos..., but ...repo...

So it's: http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/
