- [X] **Do all automated continuous integration checks pass?**
Yes, codecov runs successfully and uploads the report. It does look like coverage has dropped 3.34% down to 77.67% total. After some digging, it looks like previous codecov version do not inclue generated files in src_managed. The GeneratedCode.scala file is pretty large with lots of unused generated code, so this isn't too surprising. We should still get the "uncovered code" annotations in PR's, which I think is the most important aspect of codecov.
- [X] **Is the update a patch, minor, or major update?**
Major update, current version is being sunsetted in about Feb 2022. This new version also verifies the uploader with gpg signatures and shasums to prevent another supply chain compromise
- [X] **Is the license still compatible with ASF License Policy?**
Yes, still MIT. New uploader is ALv2
- [X] **Have any changes been made to LICENSE/NOTICE files that need to be incorporated?**
No changes, note we don't distribute this, so not applicable
