The current version of ROCKSDB used in storm-server is 6.27.3.

This version of ROCKSDB jar file does not contain the Mac OSX JNI library. As part of the test, this platform specific JNI in ROCKSDB jar is extracted to a temporary directory and used. Upgrading to version 8.1.1 fixes several storm-server tests.
