The March board meeting took place on the 16th.

The following directors were present:

  Rich Bowen, Shane Curcuru, Bertrand Delacretaz, Chris Mattmann, David
Nalley, Brett Porter, Sam Ruby, Greg Stein

Apologies were received from Jim Jagielski.

The following officers were present:

  Ross Gardler,  Craig L Russell

The following guests were present:

  Tom Pappas, Jake Farrell, Sean Kelly, Daniel Gruno, Gavin McDonald, Mark
Thomas, Marvin Humphrey, Henri Yandell

The February minutes were approved. Minutes will be posted to

All of the received reports to the board were approved.

The following reports were not received and are expected next month:

The following resolutions were passed unanimously:

  A. Change the Apache Pig Project Chair (Daniel Dai, VP)
  B. Terminate the Apache Wookie Project
  C. Change the Apache Whimsy Project Chair (Sam Ruby, VP)
  D. Establish the Apache Sentry Project (Sravya Tirukkovalur, VP)
  E. Change the Apache ZooKeeper Project Chair (Flavio Junqueira, VP)
  F. Change the Apache Tapestry Project Chair (Thiago H. de Paula
Figueiredo, VP)

The next board meeting will be on the 20th of April.
