CasaVersa - a new Flex based platform just launched
Hi everyone!
I'm delighted to announce, we've just launched our Flex based user platform.
It's a travel website for home-exchange, and it is live finally!
Would love to get any feedback you might have.
We made sure we include a link at the bottom to the Apache Flex project.
Hope you'd like it and that it may bring more good developers to use Flex

Looks awesome !
When I clicked down to England on the map (11 houses in tool tip) it
then changed to the main results list, with 159 houses. First three were
all in Israel too ;-)

Not sure I got your first question, but I assume you mean frameworks /
code libraries?
We have a mixture of our own brew and Robotlegs, and many specific libs for
various small tasks like image resizing, scroller support, API calls etc...
Thank you for letting me know concerning your second question, we're
working on our mobile app next, but you should see a slide telling you that
rather then a blue screen...
Does your Samsung have a flash player installed?

At first I didn't know on which event I should trigger the function only after testing it a couple of times I realized it needed to be on the addedToStage event.
But this was only after I switched tabs in safari. So I noticed on the startup of my application the scroller fix doesn't work until I switch tabs and come back to my app.
Then I works just like CasaVersa.. How did you manage to do that… Or am I missing something.

Regarding the scroller on a mac, it was a real pain for a long time to dig
something that supports all browsers on all platforms
Adobe employees know about it and while they first tried to deny it as
correlated directly to the flash player runtime,
after a few back and forth code example, they finally admitted it to be an
inherit bug in the flash player (and not flex related as one of them
suggested at first...)
So now it is well documented, and I can only hope enough people would
demand it to be fixed so they will priorities it to be a native behavior.

This is the best script I was able to find, and believe me - I looked!!
It is not perfect, but it works better then all the others.
