Believe it or not, I still see a LOT of PDFs generated with that old iText 2.1.4 version on the Internet. Many many applications rely on it.  I don't know how good (complete) that Doxia module is, but no one of us will put any offert to port it either to a newer version or any other PDF library I guess.
