IDDocumentImpl misaligned allocations on machines with a 64 bits 'long' type

------- Additional Comments From jberry@criticalpath.com 2003-05-22 21:36 -------
Earlier "fix" to this problem had been backed out in the code due to problems on IA64.

I believe code I just checked in to DOMDocumentImpl should resolve this issue. Pointers returned
by allocate in DOMDocumentImpl are now aligned to a default of the greater of sizeof(void*) and
sizeof(double). double should be at least 8 bytes, which means that this should resolve the
alignment issue on MIPS, unless double is something like 12 bytes there... ;)

Any further alignment tweaks should be acheived by defining
XML_PLATFORM_NEW_BLOCK_ALIGNMENT.

Please verify. -jdb
