MS and ASL license compatibility

I would like to compile a list of some open-source licenses that are
compatible with ASL 2.0, so we know what we free to use and re-distribute
with NMaven. The following ones are MS specific licenses that I would be
interested in confirming ASL compatibility:

Microsoft Permissive License
Microsoft Limited Permissive License
Microsoft Community License

Is this something I just send off to Apache legal or do I need to file a
JIRA?

Thanks,
Shane
