www.apache.org is down!??!

I just tried to ping/ssh/wget the apache machine at both IP addresses
209.133.83.18 and 209.133.83.16 -- no success. Taz seems to be down.

Was that intentional (updates?), or did my recent commits crash it?  ;-)
