[I] [Improvement] Test coverage for Solr in cloud mode [stormcrawler]

   ### What would you like to be improved?
   
   We should add tests for SolrConnection in cloud mode
   
   - Testcontainers with an external zookeeper container and 2 Solr nodes
   - Confirm that requests succeed when one of the nodes goes down
   
   ### How should we improve?
