Interop samples / wsdls changed

All interop samples except the document literal samples have been updated to
include the latest changes to the WSDL2Ws tool.

Further the interop wsdl's in the c/deploy/wsdl have had their "service
name" and "SOAPAction" in the binding section changed so that they are same
value as the
"service name" in the server.wsdd in c/deploy/conf. Earlier since the
clients written for the interop samples were using the correct service name
in building up the
endpoint uri this was not an issue.
