This new component will be responsible for *wrapper* and *proxy* all messages exchange between the toolbox and the engines.
 * Main commands are: *generate*, *generate-env*, *http-server*, *grpc-server*, *test* and *dry-run*
 * The engine should be running inside a given docker container
 * The commands should be encapsulated in a way that will be possible to call from different clients (REPL and CLIs)
 * Totally extensible for new commands
 * Language agnostic, let's start supporting the python engines
