Axis would pass SAAJ (1.2) TCK after a few modifications.

Hi, all

Personally tested, modified axis and passed all SAAJ TCK (CTS July 
version),
Work Summary:
Axis FCS would be able to pass easily when some modifications are done,
such as Message Property setting for Character Encoding option,
adding features for prefixed name and faults.

not a new infomation?
