[users@httpd] configure error with httpd-2.0.48

APR Version: 0.9.5 /home/jinghua/httpd-2.0.48/srclib/apr/configure[2015]:
syntax error at line 15 : `newline or ;' unexpected srclib/apr configured
properly ./configure[2665]: ./srclib/apr/apr-config:  not found
  setting CC to ""


  Any help is greatly appreciated.
