As discussed on the dev list ("Falcon compiler(.tests) building"), I'm having some troubles getting the compiler.tests to pass on a clean working copy of the compiler. Erik,
If I build from the trunk directory, rather than the compile directory, I get the same test failures that you get. I fixed the includeAntRuntime warnings you get with Ant 1.8.
On OSX 10.7, I tried both java 1.6 and java 1.7, and my JFLEX_JAR is jflex-1.4.3/jflex/lib/JFlex.jar.

Resolution: Fixed
The problem was Windows-specific path separator char in the tests. Carol Frampton added normalisation of the paths using 'FilenameNormalization.normalize' in r1411875.
