Make 2 action with 1 link ?

Hi, 

  I develop a web application with turbine version
2.1, here i need a hyperlink that when user click on
it , a new Window / Browser will be loaded, and the
previous page will be redirect to other page.

  May i know how to code the hyperlink to solve the
problem ? or Do we need any action ?
