Description:
When Address is typed as AttributedURI (or PortType as AttributedQName), for example (as part of soap body):

   <wsa:Address xsi:type="wsa:AttributedURI">http://192.168.1.3:8080/axis/services/CounterService</wsa:Address>

The deserialization fails with:
