   Sorry for missing this issue when it was first posted.
   
   Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce this.  Can either of you please tell me which directory you are running the `go get` command from?  Just be sure you are not in another go project's directory when you run it.
   
   If that is not the problem, you might try setting this environment variable first:
   ```
   export GO111MODULE=on
   ```
