And, we've got enough +1s, so it's officially ready to go! :-)
Sigs are rolled into the .asc files.

Moved to a less haphazard looking URL:

And here's a subfolder containing just the files that need to go to
tigris, to make the sync request simpler:

Thanks Max! I've filed this request in the CollabNet internal issue
tracker. We'll take care of this some time this weekend.

I've also asked our ops folks to upload D.J. Heap's binaries for
Windows, so everything should get moving soon.
