> According to the a [ASF policy|https://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html] all source files should contain an ASF header. Currently there are a lot of source files that do not contain the ASF header. The files can be broken into the following categories:

>  * Maven files (pom.xml)
>  * GitHub workflows and Docker files (.yml)
> *Good to have:*
