From Aurora 0.14 to 0.15

Hi everyone,

even though we are still in the process of getting 0.14 out of the
door, I'd like to propose that we aim for a short release cycle for
0.15.

This would entail:

* the update to Mesos 0.28.x
* no deprecation removals, so that it's easy to update from 0.14 to
0.15.

Any objections?

Best Regards,
Stephan
