[I] task test does not automatically load the operator image into kind [openserverless]
mobs75 opened a new issue, #219:

If the operator image was built with Kaniko (pushed to an internal registry) or only built locally, `task test` doesn't find it: it always looks on public GHCR or assumes the image is already present in the kind cluster, causing `ImagePullBackOff`.
Current workaround: manually run `kind load docker-image <img> --name nuvolaris` for every image (operator, controller, invoker, streamer, admin-api, and all runtimes) after every `task build`.
It would be nice if `task test` detected locally-built images and loaded them into kind automatically, or at least documented this manual step clearly for contributors working from a fork.
(Relevant file: `olaris-op/TaskfileTest.yml`.)

those are legacy tasks use the current 0.9.0 built system
