[Xerces2] Schedule Update

Just like in real life, dates on projects and milestones are
meaningless. :) We completely blew our target for Milestone 2
but that's OK because it wasn't like it meant anything. So I
don't know if I'll be setting target dates for future
milestones.

Anyway, I set up some tasks for the next couple of milestones
so that we can see where we're going and give people more of 
an opportunity to jump in and participate on areas of interest
to them. (Personally, I'm looking forward to M9999! :) So if
you are interested, just let me know.
