Archaic documentation

I just ran across this: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/vif-info
Even assuming that this is still correct (note the date on the note) is
it appropriate to keep it in the documentation?

No, but I've sort of avoided removing anything from the 1.3 docs.
I think I axed it from 2.0.
