difficulty with spacing

greetings,

i read that you are a volunteer.  thank you for that.

i'm not sure if i hit something but i can't get out of double spacing mode.

i tried all the help topics but couldn't find a solution.

can you help??

choosing 'single' from 'format -> paragraph -> indents and spacing -> line spacing'. you may also double-click on the style of your double-spaced paragraph in the 'styles and formatting' list (format -> styles and formatting) and change line spacing there.
