xml-commons-external-1.3.02

Hello.
I am the one of the java packagers for Gentoo. I am looking at the
dependencies for xalan-2.7.0 and it seems to include
xml-commons-external-1.3.02:
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-xalan/java/lib/xml-apis.jar?rev=1.2&view=log

But looking at the xml-commons web page:
http://xml.apache.org/commons/#releases
There the newest release is xml-commons-1.0.b2 which also seems to be
the case on the mirrors.

In the xml-commons svn there seems to be a tag for 1.3.2:
http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml/commons/tags/xml-commons-external-1_3_02/

Where can I download this release from the apache site or do I need to
make a tarball for this svn tag myself?
