John Huss created CAY-1862:
------------------------------

Summary: MySQL - allow specifying a length for TIMESTAMP and TIME columns
                 Key: CAY-1862
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAY-1862
             Project: Cayenne
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Core Library
    Affects Versions: 3.2M1
            Reporter: John Huss
            Assignee: John Huss
            Priority: Minor

For MySQL allow specifying a length for TIMESTAMP and TIME columns since MySQL 5.6.4 and up support it. It determines the number of decimal places to use for fractional seconds.

See http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/fractional-seconds.html
