error when calling cocoon on commandline

Hi,

I would like to play with cocoon on the commandline.

The problem:

$ cocoon
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 2
        at org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.main(Cocoon.java:263)

Can anyone help?
