# Added GET support in AutoScalingHandler which returns the entire autoscaling configuration from zookeeper.
# Moved policy and preferences related tests from AutoScalingHandlerTest.test() method to its own testPolicyAndPreferences() method.
# Added tests in AutoScalingHandlerTest.testReadApi()
