[PR] New plugin index with separate file per plugin [grails-plugins-metadata]
matrei opened a new pull request, #156:

Fetch versions from maven-metadata.xml and index all releases. Store the JAR last-modified date and extract the compatible Grails version from grails-plugin.xml. Existing version entries are left unchanged and can be updated manually if needed.
Generate grails-plugins-index.json for external consumers.
