signer information error

I am new to cxf, when I try to create a wsdl file, I get the following error.

Error: java.lang.SecurityException: class "javax.wsdl.WSDLElement"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I have NO idea what that would even be.   Maybe multiple versions of 
wsdl4j.jar are being picked up in the classpath someplace?
