Baunsgaard opened a new pull request, #1717:

   This commit simply move the FrameBlock.java file out of the MatrixBlock directory,
   to cleanly separate its components in subsequent commits.
   Note this change is the most drastic one of the sequence of changes i intend to do to FrameBlock,
   but it is the cleanest way i could start refactoring FrameBlock. 
   
   Let me know if there is issues, this commit should not impact any performance,
   so we are looking for breaking features if anything.
