[Axis2] - OM API Proposal

Hi,

 

A proposal for OM is now available in
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/axis/trunk/java/dev/scratch/chin
thaka_ajith

 

And I have posted some comments and notes about that in

tion%205>  under section 5., which is available as word document in the
above svn location as well. 

 

Myself and Ajith are implementing those APIs on some of the prototypes
available and will be made available soon.
