Finally, some info about the zombie child

Awhile ago I reported that I saw some times when one of the child
httpd processes would spawn a subchild, and the subchild would zombie
out. Well, it's finally happened again and I was able to determine that
the child process is "stuck" in the SERVER_BUSY_LOG phase, so either
it's not finishing the flush before logging or something in the logging
process itself is blocking. The fact that the child process is also
unkillable also seems to indicate a blocking problem... Any ideas
on where to start?
