**Description**

In order to implement different authentication, metrics and logging options there needs to be an ability to use client interceptors on the grpc channel. Currently, there is no ability to setup these interceptors on the channel because it is setup as a part of a private method in the Component.
This PR adds the ability to search the registry for ClientInterceptors in order to set them on the channel.
*Note: this does not allow for sorting and ordering so if there needs to be a specific order to the client interceptors a different solution will be needed.
