[Bug 5667] New: add new URIBL lookup on rhsbl.ahbl.org

http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5667

Summary: add new URIBL lookup on rhsbl.ahbl.org
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jm@jmason.org

This rule works quite well:

http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=4104
http://ruleqa.spamassassin.org/20070224-r511240-n/T_URIBL_RHS_AHBL/detail

unless anyone objects, and unless they indicate that they'd prefer it
wasn't in our rules, I intend to add it to our URIBL lookup set.

more detail about AHBL:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AHBL
http://www.ahbl.org/

http://www.ahbl.org/docs/rhsbl says:
'The AHBL now certifies the use of the RHSbl with SURBL plugins for spam link
detection!'

but also notes:
'Please contact us before using by e-mailing admins@2mbit.com. If you are a
large provider with many customers, or are planning to do more then 100,000
queries per day, you must contact us to confirm that this is ok. We may require
you to setup your own AHBL mirror server locally to reduce the load on our systems.

For providers who use our DNSbl service, you must make sure to alert your
customers to the fact that you are using our service on the support pages or
signup pages with a link to our website. Your customers have a right to know
what methods you are using to filter their e-mail.'

this would be tricky for us... :(

Load is an issue, yes, but becoming less of one since we started getting some
new mirrors.

Our usage information is outdated - we recommend that groups/companies be
forthcoming with their their users on the topic of how their mail is filtered,
but not a requirement anymore. I've made a note to fix the pages.

For the record, we've been doing URIBL style lookups against the RHSBL with very
much success for over 2 years now with no negative issues. I'd go so far to say
that it works better as a URIBL rhsbl then as a From: domain checker.
